Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Address
Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the address is accurate and complete.
CITRIKA is not responsible for failed deliveries or delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

2. Returned Packages
If a package is returned to CITRIKA due to an incorrect, incomplete address, or the recipient being unavailable, the customer will be required to cover the cost of reshipping.

3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive an email with the tracking number to monitor your package.
Any shipping delays will be communicated to the customer as soon as possible.

4. Delays Due to Incorrect Information
If the shipping information provided by the customer is incorrect, delivery time may exceed the standard timeframe.
In such cases, CITRIKA will attempt to contact the customer to correct the information, but will not be held responsible for the resulting delays.

Shipping Times and Costs

1. Shipping Costs
All orders have a flat shipping rate of $7.99.
Orders of $35 or more qualify for free shipping.

2. Estimated Delivery Time
Orders are processed on the next business day after purchase.
Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination.

3. Delays
If any unexpected delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.
