Policy for Incorrect, Damaged, or Incomplete Orders
1. Reporting Issues
If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or incomplete, you must report it by sending an email to info@citrikashop.com within 72 hours of receiving your order.
After this period, CITRIKA reserves the right to accept or reject any request for exchanges or returns.
2. Exchange or Replacement Process
In the case of an incorrect order, we will send the missing items or replace the product at no additional cost, provided that the items are returned in their original condition, including packaging and tags.
Shipping costs for both the return and the replacement will be covered by CITRIKA.
3. Exclusions
Personalized items are not eligible for exchanges or returns, especially if the customer provided incorrect information (e.g., misspelled names).
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all information is correct before finalizing the purchase. This policy is final.
